App Configurations

App Configurations are the default global values use in a Kelvin SmartApp™. They are dynamic and can be modified at runtime by Operations through the Kelvin UI.

They are the same value for all Assets that is added to the Kelvin SmartApp™.

Note

Kelvin SmartApps™ can be deployed as multiple workloads.

Each workload can have multiple Assets.

In technical terms, the Kelvin SmartApp™ App Configuration values can be changed for each workload, meaning that different Assets in the same Kelvin SmartApp™ but running in different workloads can have different global app configurations values.
