Sum of occurrences of the Label name within the specified Time Bucket.
Timestamp for the end of a time range for which the Kelvin Data Label information is relevant (supports RFC3339 with nanosecond precision, e.g. 2022-11-03T08:15:03.278515Z).
If the Data Label is a snapshot in time, the start_time and end_time usually will be the same.This is the name of the Label variable.
This can be created with the Kelvin API
Kelvin SDK Client Library Reference/datalabels/labels/create or if the Label name does not exist, it will be automatically created.
